These are Traxxas Sledgehammer Tires on Black Dual-Profile (2.8" outer, 3.6" inner) Wheels with foam inserts for the Maxx 4S Monster Truck. They are 17mm Splined and TSM rated.
Ultra-rugged Sledgehammer tires provides extreme traction and control for a variety of off-road terrain. The Sledgehammer's increased overall diameter provides additional ground clearance, while the open block tread design clears mud and debris for unmatched traction in loose surfaces. The 2.8” black wheels utilize a 17 mm hex mounting pattern with a flanged locknut.
