• Has my order shipped?
Click the "My Orders" link at the top left-hand side of our site to check your orders status if you set up an account at purchase. If you did not set up an account at purchase, please call 866-729-4940 for information on your order.
Please note that due to the recent increased possibility of fraud, all credit/debit card orders shipping to an address different than the billing address must be reviewed and approved by Risk Management prior to shipping.
• How do I track my order?
Tracking information will be emailed automatically when your order is shipped. You may also obtain tracking information by logging into your account by clicking on the "My Orders" link at the top left-hand side of our site.
• My order hasn't arrived.
Please familiarize yourself with the Delivery Timetable shown on our Shipping Information page to make sure you understand the delivery time-frame for the level of service chosen at checkout. If you believe that your package has been lost in transit or has far exceeded normal delivery times, please contact customer service for assistance.
• How do I create an account?
Click the "My Orders" link at the top left-hand side of our site to create an account.
• How do I edit my account information?
Click the "My Orders" link at the top left-hand side of our site to log in to your account and make changes.
• I forgot my password.
Click the "My Orders" link at the top left-hand side of our site to use the password reset feature.
Shipping and Returns
• When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
In-stock orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) usually ship the same day. However, please note that during high-volume weeks and seasons, orders may not ship until the following day. Shipping options and rates are displayed on the "View Cart" page and at Checkout. For delivery times and additional information, please refer to our Shipping Information page for more details.
• How are products shipped to Hawaii and Alaska?
Almost all orders for Hawaii and Alaska residents are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail.
• What is the return policy?

• Do you ship to my country?
RC Hobby Explosion only ships within the United States. We do not ship to any international destination. Please refer to our Shipping Information page for more details.

Pricing and Billing
• Do I have to pay sales tax?
You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our main warehouse, which is in Texas. The current tax rate is 8.25% on products and shipping.
• What are my payment choices?
RC Hobby Explosion accepts PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Businesses may use a company-issued purchase order. Please contact customer service to establish a business account for commercial purchases by purchase order.
• I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
Click the "My Orders" link at the top left-hand side of our site to log in to your account and print invoices.
• When will my credit card be charged?
When you place your order, RC Hobby Explosion receives a payment authorization for the amount of the purchase. Your card or account will not be charged until the order is actually shipped. Please note that it may look as though you have been charged prior to shipping if you pay with a debit card. This is because banks hold funds against an authorization on debit accounts.
