Rather than including a radio system, you get a truck loaded with Traxxas' best anodized aluminum upgrade parts and accessories. Standard equipment for the Platinum includes machined aluminum suspension parts, front and rear swaybars (including a bonus set of extra stiff swaybars), and a clear body that you can customize with your own personalized style and design. Theres more, though: the Slash 4X4 Platinum Edition also includes a sealed silicone-filled diff to replace the standard Torque-Control slipper clutch. This works perfectly when track conditions favor having a center differential. Finally, what would so many amazing high-performance features be without a power system to match. So, the real heart and soul of the Traxxas Slash Platinum Edition is the competition-ready Velineon Brushless Power System that can propel the truck to speeds in excess of 60mph with the right gearing and a 3-cell LiPo battery.
