Great deal!
With the $40 off coupon, this is a steal. I've been wanting a 1/8th scale buggy and couldn't decide between the Asuga, Syncro 4 or the Typhon 3 or 6s line. The Typhon is proven to be good but it's getting to be an old platform and will need upgrades to be great. The Asuga is much more expensive and larger and will need a very large area to really have fun with. I think the Syncro 4 is the best of both. the Syncro 4 is 4s, has a center differential and is built on a modern new platform. I was worried I would regret not having the 6s system, but I think 4s is perfect for my skill level. My only worry about this buggy is aftermarket spares availability. Hopefully more spares will be available stateside soon.

Team Corally Syncro4
Received a little over a week ago, and have been extremely happy with this buggy. It's reasonably fast out of the box, but it is most impressively durable. I don't intentionally bash my RC's all that much, but this thing has held up very well to more than a few ugly landings and smashing a slightly raised concrete edge at top speed. It's my first Team Corally RC, but I won't hesitate to buy another in the future. If you're looking for more speed, just add a 15 or 17 tooth pinion. Probably gained 12-15 MPH using a 17. Consider adding a heatsink and fan if going 17 tooth and running off road. No need for 6S. RC Explosion got this one to me in just 2 days (Chicagoland area). Completely satisfied with this purchase.
