I had not used this company before, but, I needed this part ASAP to ship, and no one else had it in stock. I was not able to purchase it at their store, as this is only an internet store. BUT! They contacted me personally and was able to get it to me the next day to put in the box to my son, at no extra charge. Probably because I live so close.
