i called wednesday and needed hinge pins for my stampede which i was racing on saturday. i was leaving friday night and needed the item delivered before i left. the sales person was more than helpful and went as far as to advise i not spend the extra money for expedited shipping as he would get the item out the door immediately so i would have it by friday. the item arrived friday as planned. thank you rc hobby explosion

I had not used this company before, but, I needed this part ASAP to ship, and no one else had it in stock. I was not able to purchase it at their store, as this is only an internet store. BUT! They contacted me personally and was able to get it to me the next day to put in the box to my son, at no extra charge. Probably because I live so close. But still, they gave that 'good ole' personal customer service. Great Job! I'm sure we will be using them again.
