This is the Hot Racing Heavy Duty Splined Star Drive CVD Axle Kit for the Traxxas trucks using the original Traxxas 5451X driveshafts. These shafts are only compatible with vehicles that use the Traxxas 5451X axle shafts. Please confirm that your vehicle uses these shafts before ordering. Works with the following:
- Original E-Revo (NOT 2.0)
- E-Maxx
- Summit
- Revo 3.3
- T-Maxx 3.3
FEATURES:
- Heavy duty CNC machined #45 hardened carbon steel construction
- Replaces factory plastic front or rear drive axles
- Blue anodized aluminum pin capture rings with rubber o-rings to prevent movement
- Design eliminates CV pin setscrew
- Steel is black finished
INCLUDES:
- Two (2) splined CVD shaft assemblies
REQUIREMENTS:
- Installation at rear drive assembly
- Recommended to maintain CV joint and shaft spline with grease
- Recommended to use a removable-type locking adhesive on screws threading into metal
